I am a molecular ecologist with research interests in community ecology and conservation. I am particularly interested in understanding human impact on biotic communities.

To do so, I develop and apply eDNA-based approaches (metabarcoding, qPCR, ddPCR) to explore trophic interactions and assess biodiversity in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems at various biological levels and spatial scales. 🧬

As a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Montpellier, I use 🦇guano-based analyses to uncover ecological processes and provide insights into ecosystem health.
