Welcome!

I am a molecular ecologist with research interests in community ecology and conservation. I am particularly interested in understanding human impact on biotic communities. To do so, I develop and apply eDNA-based approaches (metabarcoding, qPCR, ddPCR) to explore trophic interactions and assess biodiversity in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems at various biological levels and spatial scales.

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Clare lab (York University, Canada) and hosted in the Cristescu lab (McGill University), working on large scale biodiversity surveys on land using airborne eDNA.
